Andera's New Accounts Online has standardized and streamlined our account origination process across our delivery channels. As one of the largest credit unions in the country, our requirements were quite complex, but the Andera team was fully able to tailor their solution to our needs. After only a 90 day implementation process, New Accounts Online was able to support us through one of our busiest enrollment periods, handling almost twice our usual new account volume. Because all of the risk, decisions, and workflow are managed automatically, we were able to handle that high level of activity without adding staff.
